Our adult classes at Training Ground are specifically designed to help you reach your fitness goals by developing your strength, conditioning and mobility – all while working hard, in a fun and supportive environment.
All our classes are capped at 10 students per coach – so you get the individual attention you need, allowing for the best training experience and results.
Our Adult Classes
If you look at the raw athleticism of a gymnast – not just their skills – but their explosiveness, strength, mobility and power, it’s at a level where they can pretty much give any sports or movement a good go and excel. That’s exactly our aim for you. (Their physique isn’t too bad either!)

These classes combine the calisthenics strength of a gymnast, the conditioning of an athlete, and the mobility needed to move well and avoid injury – all designed for you to build unmatched fitness, physique and movement.
These classes dive deeper into specific calisthenics skills – from the basics of pressups, dips and pullups – through to more advanced skills such as muscle ups, flags, handstand press-ups, levers and more.
These classes are all about moving with purpose and focus, while putting in the hard work and gaining new skills – involving fundamental gymnastic movements, along with obstacle / parkour based skills for a unique challenge and workout.
These classes covers the fundamental principles of handstand balancing, through to the more advanced skills of handstand pushups, handstand walking and press handstands. Suitable for beginners through to more advanced.
This class offers a deep mobility practice including natural movement, agility and flow – with the aim to create, control and expand your usable range of motions. An amazing practice on it's own - and perfect to compliment other forms of skill and strength based training.
This class is all about functional fitness to improve your athletic prowess – focusing on your speed, power, explosiveness, and agility. The aim here is to compliment any other fitness endeavor you undertake.

I have been working out for about 2 months at the training ground with Andrew and it has been the best gym I've been to. Movements, mobility, strength. It's very complete. Amazing place. All kinds of great training equipment in there. Nice combination of strength, mobility and movement.
