OUR STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS

This class is the basis of all we do here at The Training Ground… challenging you to reach peak all-round physical fitness.

Each Strength and Conditioning class takes you through:

  1. A mobility & flow warm-up to build the capacity to train hard and move well through ranges of motion.
  2. From here we explore & refine our daily skill work – developing true power and strength.
  3. And finally we finish with the workout of the day – looking to build your endurance and balance out the days practice. Yes, it’s certainly intense, though our coaches know just how far to push and challenge you – while keeping it safe.

At the end of the day for us it’s about longevity – we want you to be able to do the things you love exceptionally well. This is the class to lay those foundations.
