YOUR HANDSTAND JOURNEY
Come and share our love of Handstands – these classes covers the fundamental principles of handstand balancing, through to the more advanced skills of handstand pushups, handstand walking and press handstands. Suitable for beginners through to more advanced.
Calisthenics Skill - Adult Specialty Class
CALISTHENICS – MAKING IMPRESSIVE SKILLS ATTAINABLE
Our coaches will guide you through Gymnastics Strength Training progressions to reach some truly remarkable skills and ability.
These classes dive deep into specific calisthenics skills- from the basics of pressups, dips and pullups – through to more advanced skills such as muscle ups, flags, handstand press-ups, levers and more.
Parkour and Gymnastic Tumbling - Adult Specialty Class
PARKOUR & TUMBLING – MOVE WITH PURPOSE, PRECISION AND POWER
At it’s core, parkour is about adapting your mind and body to the obstacles in front of you. Each week we look at skills and obstacle courses (movement puzzles) to refine your flow.
With Gymnastics Tumbling we’re moving with real intent and control – progressively exploring new ways to move and create impressive combinations.
Mobility & Natural Movement - Adult Specialty Class
MOBILITY AND FLOW
This class offers a deep mobility practice including natural movement, agility and flow – with the aim to create, control and expand your usable range of motions – so you have a body that is fit to move.
An amazing practice on it’s own – and perfect to compliment other forms of skill and strength based training
