Where our Strength & Conditioning program is the core of building a functional and strong body –  it’s here, with our Specialty Classes that the magic really happens.  We use the development of skills as the basis to explore your true capabilities (balance, precision, control, explosiveness, bodyweight strength) – focusing on skills means it’s constantly interesting and evolving, far from being a boring gym routine!

Handstand and Hand Balancing - Adult Specialty Class

YOUR HANDSTAND JOURNEY

Come and share our love of Handstands – these classes covers the fundamental principles of handstand balancing, through to the more advanced skills of handstand pushups, handstand walking and press handstands. Suitable for beginners through to more advanced.

Calisthenics Skill - Adult Specialty Class

CALISTHENICS – MAKING IMPRESSIVE SKILLS ATTAINABLE

Our coaches will guide you through Gymnastics Strength Training progressions to reach some truly remarkable skills and ability.

These classes dive deep into specific calisthenics skills- from the basics of pressups, dips and pullups – through to more advanced skills.

On Bent Arm Days we focus on muscle ups on rings and bars, handstand pushups, one arm chin ups, and hip cirlces.

On our Straight Arm Days we focus on front and back lever, planche, human flags and iron cross.

Mobility & Natural Movement - Adult Specialty Class

MOBILITY AND FLOW

This class offers a deep mobility practice including natural movement, agility and flow – with the aim to create, control and expand your usable range of motions – so you have a body that is fit to move.

An amazing practice on it’s own – and perfect to compliment other forms of skill and strength based training
