These classes are all about moving with purpose and focus, while putting in the hard work and gaining new skills – involving fundamental gymnastic movements, along with obstacle / parkour based skills for a unique challenge and workout.
This is a two part class - beginning with a deep mobility practice including natural movement, agility and flow - and ending with a short, intense cardio based HIIT workout.
These classes combine the calisthenics strength of a gymnast, the conditioning of an athlete, and the mobility needed to move well and avoid injury – all designed for you to build unmatched fitness, physique and movement.
